With more than three decades of culinary experience, Holly Capelle has mastered the art of combining traditional preservation techniques with modern-day practicality. Together with her husband Kevin and their six children, she has transformed their suburban home into a thriving mini-homestead, where they grow, harvest, and preserve their own food. She lives just outside Portland, Oregon. Preserving the Seasons is her first book.
